Use ProductiOS like a working production room.
The community exists to help creative people find work, crew, collaborators, gear, events, training, and production knowledge. It is not a place for spam, harassment, bait posts, scams, or vague opportunities.
Required behavior
- Be specific, direct, and respectful.
- Label paid and unpaid work clearly.
- Share accurate details for jobs, events, gear, groups, and opportunities.
- Respect privacy, safety, and consent on set and online.
- Use comments to clarify, help, ask real questions, or contribute useful context.
Not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate, bullying, or targeted humiliation.
- Spam, engagement bait, fake listings, fake jobs, fake events, or fake profiles.
- Scams, unsafe work offers, exploitative casting, or misleading compensation.
- Posting private files, client work, unreleased material, or personal information without permission.
- Repeated off-topic promotion that does not serve the creative network.
Likes, comments, and shares
Likes are lightweight signals. Comments should add context. Shares should not misrepresent the original post, remove compensation labels, or strip safety details. ProductiOS may preserve deleted or moderated records for safety and audit purposes.
Creator Points
Creator Points reward useful contribution, not noise. Points may be awarded for helpful answers, complete profiles, accurate posts, verified events, closed gear listings, and approved reports. ProductiOS may remove points for spam, fake engagement, scams, unsafe posts, or policy violations.
Creator Points are reputation signals only. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not create wages, credits, account balances, or ownership rights.
Raffle eligibility
ProductiOS may use monthly point thresholds to automatically enter eligible members into future drawings for surprise packages such as software licenses, professional consultation, gear, or merch. A live drawing must have official rules, no-purchase-necessary access, eligibility requirements, odds, prize descriptions, tax notes, and any geographic limits before entries are accepted.
Jobs and gigs
Every job post should make the compensation type clear: paid, unpaid, trade, volunteer, or educational. Paid posts should include rate, range, or next-step expectations as soon as possible.
Reporting
Members will be able to report posts, comments, gear listings, events, jobs, and profiles. Reports can lead to review, labels, temporary limits, hidden content, or account removal.
